Meet Avery

Avery Frix is a proven and prepared conservative

Avery Frix is a businessman and builder. He believes District 9 deserves a strong, dedicated and conservative representative.

A fourth-generation resident of Muskogee, Avery comes from a long line of builders dating back to his great-grandfather, who started the family construction business in 1940. Avery has also started and run small businesses of his own – growing to almost a dozen employees.

Avery served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for the 13th District from 2016 to 2022 and has a history of authoring pro-life, pro-law enforcement and pro-Trump legislation.

He was named Oklahoma’s FOP Legislator of the Year after championing a pay raise for public service employees. He received an A rating from the NRA.

Avery is a graduate of Muskogee High School and the University of Oklahoma. He is married to Haley, also a business owner who started and runs a retail store in downtown Muskogee. The couple are members of First Baptist Church of Muskogee.

Avery enjoys spending time with his family.
